Each programme is divided into 3 parts: Cardio, exercises and stretching.

All 3 parts are very important and we shouldn’t omit any of them.

With the Warm-up (Cardio), we achieve:
  • A smooth increase of the heart rate, blood circulation and temperature.
  • Preparation of the muscles, ligaments and joints.
  • A milder emission (discharge) of acids that are produced during the exercise.
  • Avoidance of injuries.
The recommended programmes, do not replace the importance of joining a gym.
With the Stretching, we achieve:
  • A smooth decrease of the heart rate and temperature.
  • Removal of acids from the muscles.
  • Improvement of muscle elasticity and bloodstream.
  • Restoration of the organic systems to their original state.
