Each programme is divided into 3 parts: Cardio, exercises and stretching.
All 3 parts are very important and we shouldn’t omit any of them.
With the Warm-up (Cardio), we achieve:
- A smooth increase of the heart rate, blood circulation and temperature.
- Preparation of the muscles, ligaments and joints.
- A milder emission (discharge) of acids that are produced during the exercise.
- Avoidance of injuries.
With the Stretching, we achieve:
- A smooth decrease of the heart rate and temperature.
- Removal of acids from the muscles.
- Improvement of muscle elasticity and bloodstream.
- Restoration of the organic systems to their original state.
